How to claim warranty
1. Confirm your product is registered
2. Submit your claim by emailing support@anderseninc.com. Provide proof of purchase, pictures of any damage to the product or property (if applicable), and a brief description of what happened.
3. Our team will review your claim and respond within 5-7 business days (typically sooner).
4. If approved, Andersen Hitches will repair or replace the product at no cost (shipping, removal, and installation are the customer’s responsibility).
