3874-1 - 1 oz. T-9 Waterproof Lubrication & Protector

Price: $7.50

Boeshield T-9® was originally developed by Boeing to lubricate, clean, and protect many different components in the aerospace industry, but its use has spread to other industries because it is a truly extraordinary product. Here at Andersen, we think that T-9 is absolutely the best dry lubricant we’ve ever seen or used.

We list T-9 with our liquid products because it is applied as a liquid. However, this product actually falls under the heading of dry lubricant, even though it is applied in liquid form. This liquid application allows the lubricant to seep deep into metal crevices and assembled components. When it dries, all that is left is a clean, waxy finish that is waterproof and won’t attract dust, dirt, or mud like traditional liquid lubricants.

With a single-step application, you are able to get thin, waterproof protection that will endure for months and won’t wash off in rain, puddles, or mud. When applied correctly, you can even use water to rinse off dirt, grime, and sand without removing the lubricant.

More Than Just Lubrication

T-9 isn’t just a great lubricant, though. It can also be used to clean and protect your machinery. The solution works against existing corrosion, loosens rusty components, and flushes old lubricant residue. But don’t worry, this tough product will not harm plastic, rubber, fiberglass, vinyl, or paint.

The solution’s unique formulation allows it to be safely used on engines, wiring, and belts, too. It can even be used to dry wet parts, ignitions, connectors, and electrical motors and circuits. Because T-9 is nonconductive, it will not cause short circuits and can be safely used on electronics.

T-9 Uses

You can use T-9 in all areas of your life — autos, bikes, boats, RVs, trailers, homes, etc. — because it has wide and varied applications. Let’s look at some of the RV and trailer parts you can use this great product on:
